After being temporarily removed in December 2015 due to a nasty bug that could resets your PowerShell module environment during installation, the Windows Management Framework 5.0 (PowerShell 5.0) installation have been fixed and it is now available for download.

Today, we have republished the Windows Management Framework (WMF) 5.0 RTM packages for Windows Server 2012 R2, Windows Server 2012, Windows 2008 R2 SP1, Windows 8.1, and Windows 7 SP1 to Microsoft’s Download Center.
